MariseaX conducts periodic checks and may request supporting documents or certifications at any time to verify compliance. Failure to maintain these standards, provide accurate documentation, or uphold ethical practices may result in review, suspension, or immediate termination of the partnership. All partners are expected to uphold the reputation and integrity of MariseaX and to communicate transparently about any potential issues that may affect product quality or delivery timelines.
Customer Obligations
MariseaX’s priority is the safety, legality, and reliability of every transaction. To help maintain those standards, customers are required to act responsibly and transparently when engaging with our company.

MariseaX reserves the right to suspend, delay, or cancel any order if false or incomplete information is provided, or if fraudulent activity or non-compliance is suspected. Customers are encouraged to maintain open and timely communication to ensure smooth coordination, compliance, and delivery of safe, high-quality products.
Quality and Certifications

MariseaX will not be responsible for:
- Losses or damages caused by improper handling or storage by the importer or third parties.
- Delays or failures caused by logistics providers, customs authorities, or other intermediaries.
- Natural events, shipping delays, or any other circumstances beyond MariseaX’s control.
In all cases, MariseaX’s total responsibility ends once the goods have been shipped and delivered according to the confirmed order and trade agreement.
Termination
MariseaX values long-term, transparent, and ethical relationships with all customers and partners. However, to protect our business integrity and compliance standards, MariseaX reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any business relationship, account, or service agreement under the following circumstances:

All transactions, agreements, and communications with MariseaX are subject to Indian law, regardless of the buyer’s location. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be completed prior to shipment dispatch. Buyers must not make direct payments to third parties, including suppliers, logistics providers, or intermediaries, unless expressly authorized in writing by MariseaX. In cases of delayed payment, MariseaX reserves the right to suspend delivery, cancel orders, or adjust future payment terms at its discretion. All financial transactions are subject to the applicable export, banking, and foreign exchange regulations of India.
