Quality assurance is a defining principle of MariseaX’s operational framework. Instead of assuming quality, we verify every batch through physical checks, documentation review and laboratory testing where necessary. This ensures that each shipment aligns fully with international requirements, buyer expectations and market regulations.
Our QA process begins the moment the batch arrives for processing. We inspect size uniformity, colour, texture and freshness indicators to confirm that raw material meets essential quality standards. During production, grading accuracy is monitored closely, ensuring each piece falls within the buyer’s specified count range and processing style. Cartons are checked for weight consistency, glazing percentage and overall presentation.
Laboratory tests including microbiology, moisture, organoleptic evaluation and residue checks are coordinated with accredited labs to confirm food safety compliance. All results are recorded and verified before shipment. Documentation such as batch reports, traceability sheets, QC checklists and temperature logs are reviewed thoroughly.
Before final loading, MariseaX’s QA team approves the shipment only after ensuring every detail meets global requirements. This systematic verification builds buyer confidence and protects the integrity of every container exported through our network.
